As the restorations at the Edfu Temple came to an end, the Supreme Council of Antiquities announces that the visiting hours at Edfu Temple have been extended till 10.00 p.m. daily during the summer, and till 9.00 p.m. in winter. Earlier this year, the Supreme Council of Antiquities has

acquired a highly developed lighting system for late night visits.  Furthermore, the restoration plan included rebuilding the road to the temple’s entrance as well as taking into account the neighborhood nearby the temple.
