On the 15th of February, 2008, all of Travco Group’s branches and affiliated companies in Luxor moved into one main building; including Travco's incoming agencies Tui Germany, JetAir, Thomson, and Alpitour Egypt. The building comprises of 2 floors - 320 m5 each.

One floor encompasses all Travco Group’s offices and branches, while the other is mainly for the Touring International office.
