The myfidelio.net business focus is on easy to handle, integrated technology and reservation services allowing hotel operators to maximize their sales activities. It is linked via a switch company to all four major GDS. Through this dedicated interface, hotels are distributed to more than 500,000 travel agency terminals worldwide.
Its benefits are numerous, namely that it empowers hotels with the possibility to control and distribute hotel inventory in all sales channels from one single point of entry, helps building hotel revenue by enabling consumers to conveniently book hotel reservations online through the hotel's website, manages inventory for group and allocation business with a unique block module; groups can be booked via the hotel website or via the central reservation office (CRO), provides detailed reporting on reservation activity, and offers a unique sales screen for a hotel group’s central reservation offices (CRO), without the need for an expensive central instance. Simultaneously, the company’s booking system will also be available to access through 3000 different websites, as well as being connected to the GDS, one of the most reliable systems used nowadays amongst large travel agencies and airlines.
