Built on a total land area of 137,532 m2, Bab El Shams, Travco’s latest venture in Nabq, Sharm El Sheikh, is planned to be operational by the 1st of January, 2009. The 576 guestrooms will be spread over 12 clusters, and will consist of family rooms, standard rooms, plus four suites; most of which are directly located by the beach.

Additional facilities included in the massive four-star hotel property will include 2 villas, 6 townhouses in one building, as well as two specialty restaurants plus one pool restaurant, 2 bars, a discotheque, an amphitheatre, a diving centre, a Health Club, four swimming pools, a lagoon, a sports area, and landscaped areas with walkways, pergolas, and retail stores.

Bab el Shams is the group’s 4th hotel property in Nabq, Sharm El Sheikh, alongside JAZ Mirabel Beach, JAZ Mirabel Park Resort, and JAZ Mirabel Club; all of which are ideally located by the serene beaches of the Red Sea. Having a total room capacity of over 1000 rooms, the 5* resorts offer various specialty restaurants, sports facilities, children’s clubs, in addition to a common shopping complex.
