New Winter Hotel Luxor Undertakes a Facelift

The New Winter Hotel has been serving the travel industry for the past 46 years, and is planning on undertaking major renovation and development that will convert it into a luxury hotel to match the new general outlook of the entire city of Luxor.

For this project to materialize to satisfaction, the closure of the New Winter Hotel has been scheduled for May 31st 2008. Sales will be closed as of the 1st of February 2008, and will reopen after the 1st of June

Upon the completion of this project, the whole complex will bring back to Luxor the legendary Hotel that has been a beacon of elegance and sophistication.

In the meantime, the Sofitel Old Winter Palace and the Pavillon will remain open, welcoming clients and visitors. The entire hotel team will ensure that guests do not suffer from any inconvenience while the renovation and construction work takes place in a secured and isolated environment
