On the 15th of April, 2008, JAZ Hotels & Resorts, Travco’s Group’s hospitality company, purchased a 4-star hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, and it is currently under construction.

Falling under the Sol Y Mar chain, the main building at Shark’s Bay Hotel will comprise of 130 rooms which will either be over looking the pool or located directly by the pool deck. There will be one main restaurant, a pool bar, in addition to a swimming pool. As for the Apartment Building, it consists of 3 floors with 12 apartments, each one with 1 bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen.

Sharks Bay Hotel is only a short walk away from the long stretch of sandy beach.
