Two hour city tour of Prague (commentary by headphones in 25 languages).
We will take you by bus to the Vltava River. This boat tour offers a breathtaking view of Prague Castle District and Lesser Town, all sights will be explained, while coffee & cake will be served. From the pier, guide will accompany you through Parizska Street & the former Jewish Quarter to the Old Town Sq, where the tour ends.
During this tour you will get the general impression of the “Golden City”. By bus you will pass State Opera, National Museum, Wenceslas Square with the St. Wenceslas statue, then continue to Hradcany (the Prague Castle district). Here you will enjoy a walking tour passing by Archbishops Palace, St. Vitus Cathedral, Royal Palace and Golden Lane, with a walk down the Old Castle Stairs. Then the bus will take you across Vltava River to Parizska Street and through the Jewish “Ghetto”. The tour finishes with the visit to Old Town Square surrounded by the Old Town Hall with its famous Astronomical Clock, Tyn and St. Nicholas churches.
The bus will take you to the Prague Castle District. From here it will be a walking tour. You will visit the Royal Palace, St. Vitus Cathedral, St. George Monastery & Golden Lane. A pleasant stroll through romantic Nerudova Lane will lead you to the Lesser Town with its famous palaces and medieval Charles Bridge, where the tour ends.
Our half-day tour will show you Karlstejn Castle located 35 km southwest from Prague. This medieval fortress was founded by the Czech King and Roman Emperor Charles IV in 1348 to house valuable treasures, and coronation jewels collected by Bohemian kings, and relics.
Our half-day tour will take you approx. 65 km from Prague to Kutna Hora, the ancient mining town famous for its silver mines, founded in the 13th century, full of splendid Gothic monuments. The walking tour through the town includes visits to St. Barbara’s Cathedral with its valuable paintings and the former Royal Mint that once produced Prague groschen. Up to our days, Kutna Hora still presents itself as a medieval town.
Enjoy dinner at a typical Czech restaurant. You will be offered a three-course menu, an aperitif - glass of champagne, coffee & unlimited amount of beer, wine or non-alcoholic drinks. During dinner you will enjoy a folklore program with live music & dancing. After three hours, the bus will take you back to Republic Square.
Our bus takes you through the picturesque West Bohemia countryside to Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad), situated in a beautiful wooded valley. First you visit the glass exhibition at Moser factory, then continue to the world famous spa, known especially for its 12 thermal springs and both historical and modern colonnades. In addition to the curative waters you can also sample delicious local wafers and traditional Becher liqueur produced from herbs.
